Great Lakes Northern

The characteristics of Great Lakes (GL) Hardwood make it the fiber of choice for a wide variety of paper grades. Its features, including excellent cleanliness, formation, and surface properties, are enhanced by good bulk and opacity. Vessel segments are small, virtually eliminating problems from vessel segment picking. The thin fiber walls of this boreal species pulp collapse readily for ease of refining.
